Descriprion

The unit consists of the following devices: ceramic pulse filter with autonomous pulse regeneration system and electric heating circuit, heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of waste gases, scrubber, measuring equipment. The unit can be mounted near the source of high-temperature gases and through a dust extraction tube mounted in the gas duct to take gases for purification.  

This installation is designed to:

• determining the efficiency of gas purification from particulate matter and harmful gas components;
• determining the optimal interval and duration of pulse regeneration of the ceramic filter element.
• selection of reagents for chemical purification of gases and determination of its specific consumption. Reagents in dry form are fed directly into the CPF
