Multi-channel centrifugal dust collector

Working principle:
The dusty stream enters the separation head of the apparatus through the inlet pipe. In the apparatus, the flow is divided into two parts and enters the right and left separation channels. Change of the flow direction in the twisting channel leads to the centrifugal force acting on the flow and polydisperse dust particles, which are concentrated at the walls of the half-barrels. The action of gravitational force on solid particles provides their evacuation through the slit in the bottom cover with the hopper - dust collector.

The number of sequentially installed half-belts can be different. The more consecutively installed half-belts, the higher the efficiency of collecting particulate matter. At the same time, the aerodynamic resistance of the apparatus increases. The cross-section of the separation channel in the apparatus is calculated on the basis of the flow rate of the flow to be cleaned.

The units can be assembled in modules of the required performance. The top cover of the unit is equipped with hatches for periodic cleaning of internal surfaces.
Model range of multichannel centrifugal dust collectors includes units with capacity from 1 to 50 thousand m3/hour.

Gas purification systems of drying drums, reactors, furnaces, solid fuel furnaces.
