Purpose

Ceramic cartridge filter elements are replaceable filters used in CCF (ceramic cartridge filter) for clarification/purification of water, filtering of acids from impurities, electrolyte solutions. They have a higher specific surface area, are more durable and have a lower mass (compared to "BFC" because they are manufactured on isostats under high pressure.

    Working principle

    Ceramic filter elements are made of porous permeable materials, based on innovative manufacturing techniques, in the form of hollow cylinders.

    The performance and cleaning efficiency of the elements depends on the permeability of the ceramic (open porosity) and the pore size. To maximize performance, the ceramic elements are made of specially selected materials.
