Labeling/Types of filter elements:

• Type 1 - black marking of filter element faces, effectively proved itself at iron ore enterprises (Karelsky Okatysh, Stoilensky Ore Processing Plant), the elements are characterized by low resistance of the filter partition, at the same time they do not pass small particles of concentrate
  
• Type 2 - gray marking of filter element ends, used for filtration of suspensions with high content of coarse classes up to 0.5 mm and low content of sludge, particles less than 0.005 mm, due to high throughput capacity specific productivity of more than 1000 kg/m2*h is provided at sludge moisture content of 7.5-8.5%. The elements are recommended for use in factories processing apatite ores and gravity concentration products (ANOF-2 (rus. АНОФ-2), ANOF-3 (rus. АНОФ-2), ORK (rus. ОРК)).
• Type 3 - yellow marking of filter element ends, used on highly abrasive concentrates, allows to ensure stability of filtering performance during the warranty period due to reinforced membrane coating.
• Type 4 - red marking of the filter element ends, it is used on difficultly filterable slurries of non-ferrous metal concentrates, with sludge content -0,005 mm up to 15%, allows to provide a thin layer of sludge on the surface of the filter element and effectively dry it, providing guaranteed humidity of less than 9%.

Ceramic disk filter - CDF

Proprietary manufacturing facilities, research center for special ceramics, design office and research center for filtration and beneficiation allow us to develop filter plates with sizes ranging from 0.03 m2 to 0.82 m2, taking into account the design features of the equipment and technological characteristics of the materials to be dewatered. Long-term experience of work with leading mining and processing plants has allowed, on the basis of complex research works, to create modified filtering elements with different pore sizes in the range from 0.8 microns to 20 microns, which allowed to reduce the humidity of filtered sludge by 1-2% in comparison with previously used elements and to increase the productivity up to 30%.

Принцип работы:

When the disk rotates and the filter elements enter the pulp, the liquid phase under the action of vacuum seeps through the pores of the filter elements and is removed to the receiver. At the same time, cake formation begins on the surface of the filter elements, while neither solids nor air pass through the pores of the filter elements.
