At the enterprise on the street. Zalineinaya, 22, produce the only ceramic vacuum disc filters in Russia for mining and processing plants. Today the enterprise was visited by the Mayor of Vologda Sergey Voropanov.
The enterprise was opened in 2017 on the territory of the former "Stankozavod". Since then, more than 40 filters have been manufactured here. And another 150 orders are in progress. The equipment is large, high-tech, and requires careful preparation of project documentation and assembly time. Everything in the company develops itself: from the idea to the final product. For this, a Design Bureau was created, where designers, engineers and programmers work.
“At the moment, our main products are ceramic vacuum disc filters for dewatering mining concentrate. We are also working on new types of products, such as tower and horizontal filter presses, flotation machines, screens, ”said Pavel Samoletov, chief designer of the Vologda enterprise.
Vologda filters work at mining and processing plants throughout Russia: in the Republic of Karelia, Belgorod, Kursk regions, the Far East, and also abroad.
“We plan to expand the product line of the enterprise and produce other types of equipment according to our profile. All of them are quite complex and dimensional. Now preparations are underway for their design and production. We also plan to master new areas: gas filtration and MSW processing, ”said Andrey Sizov, director of the Vologda plant.
Currently, the company employs about 100 people. Basically, these are residents of our city. The management focuses on attracting new personnel, including employing graduates of Vologda universities. Today the Mayor of Vologda Sergey Voropanov and the management of the enterprise discussed the possibility of cooperation with the universities and colleges of the city.
“The management of the enterprise has a lot of development plans. The company is actively working with our educational institutions, today we agreed on joint cooperation in training professional personnel. Because the development of a company is impossible without highly qualified specialists. Let's hope that all the plans that the production has will come true, ”said Vologda Mayor Sergei Voropanov.
Let us add that subdivisions of the Scientific and Technical Center Bakor have been opened in Moscow, Voronezh and the Tula Region. In general, the products are supplied to more than 250 enterprises in 16 countries of the world.
